Newborn checks (up to 3 months) are available free of charge if the mother attended the clinic for regular antenatal care.
NB Missed appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice given) are subject to the full price of the service booked

Payment is required prior to or at the time of services rendered. We do not allow accounts to accrue.
Payment methods:
We accept payment by personal credit and debit cards (except American Express) cash. Receipts for treatment fees are issued upon request. Payment is due on the day of the visit. We are unable to accept payment via business debit or credit cards.
Insurance:
S1 Chiropractic is registered with most health insurance companies and cash health plans such as Westfield, Simply Health (formerly known as HSA), WPA, Aviva (formerly known as Norwich Union) and Standard Life.
If you have health insurance, please ensure that you inform the Chiropractor of your policy details at your initial consultation. Some companies require a GP referral prior to consultation with the Chiropractor; please check the terms of your policy accordingly. Insurance policies are between you and your provider and the clinic does not provide the facility to directly invoice the company.
We no longer work with AXA-PPP or BUPA due to the unfair terms of business that they impose upon Chiropractic providers.

If required, additional supports and braces can be ordered in from our supply company. Prices vary according to the order; please ask your Chiropractor for further information.
Medical reports, if required, are charged at £50 per hour.
Copies of medical records (includes p & p plus admin fee) are charged at a flat fee of £35, in accordance with data protection act. There is a nominal fee of £10 for exemption/chiropractor's certificate of treatment, to cover admin costs.
